MYCOCENOSIS OF GRAPE BERRIES CULTIVATED IN THE CENTRAL SLOVAK WINE REGION

Eleven samples of grapes from the Central Slovak wine-growing region were examined at time harvest in 2021 using plating method and with surface disinfection. Plates incubated aerobically 25±1 °C dark for one week. Identification fungi was based on morphological microscopic characteristics. Of 574 strains detected identified exogenous mycobiota, most common genus Alternaria (90.9%), followed by Aspergillus (72.7%), Cladosporium, Penicillium, Rhizopus (63.6%, each). The abundant genera found descending order (53.3%), (9.4%), (5.5%) only minor percentage Penicillium (3%), among others. 512 endogenous (100%), (81.8%), (63.6%), Cladosporium (45.5%), Epicoccum (27.3%). (61.1%), (13.1%), (11.7%), (9%). major fungal species isolated section Nigri glabrum. Potentially toxigenic evaluated toxinogenicity thin-layer chromatography. Positive toxinogenity all clavatus tested almost expansum P. crustosum. Out two flavus isolates tested, none produced AFB1, AFG1, CPA. Ochratoxigenic microfungi did not produce OTA.
